Ted,

I just wanted to write you this letter of recommendation after we had such a wonderful stay at Vancouver Short Stay this past November. My family and I really appreciate how well we were treated by you as you were wonderful hosts.

We called and made the reservation last minute over the phone after just seeing the pictures over the internet as we had sold our home in Kelowna and hadn't found a house in the Lower Mainland at that point.

Moving with my wife and 3 1/2 year old son and 1 year old daughter was quite stressful without knowing where we were going to go and when we had the opportunity to stay at Vancouver Short Stay we jumped at the chance.

I have to say that the amenities are everything we could have asked for as it really felt like home for us during the 2 months we were there. When it got very cold at night you went and purchased some space heaters within hours of our call which we thought was really going out of your way to make sure we were comfortable at all times!!

When we finally left it really felt like we were leaving our (temporary) home!! Well, we are finally settled in to our house now and we were thinking back to our move and how much better the experience was having you as hosts for those 2 months.
